I need help with my artwork, I have an idea, but can you help create it?

Yes, we can! SignWriter has a talented staff of artists who can help you take your idea and turn it into a dynamic sign, banner, or vinyl design. Contact us today to see how we can help!

If I have my own artwork, can you use it?

As long as your artwork abides by our art requirements, then yes! SignWriter is happy to work with your existing artwork to create your banners, vehicle graphics, and signs. Click here to read our artwork requirements, or contact us to see how we can assist you in providing the proper file types.

What types of art files do you accept?

Please see our art guidelines page for a detailed list of what file formats we accept for our screen printing, embroidery, and direct to garment processes.

I have a picture from a website; can you use it to make my sign?

No. Images that are found online are set up for a screen resolution quality view only (72dpi). This is clear enough to view online; however, in order to successfully print something on a banner or sign, the image needs to be of high resolution (300dpi to scale or higher). Printing a 72dpi image or photo will turn out VERY pixelated and is not acceptable. Please see our art requirements for the acceptable and preferred file formats. If you have an image you’ve found online that you want to use as inspiration for a custom design, then that is okay to provide us as a basis to start a new design, but printing from those images is not possible.

What is an .EPS file?

EPS stands for Encapsulated PostScript. It is a vector-based file format that is very popular in the printing industry due to the fact that vector files (such as an .EPS) consist of graphics that are resolution-independent. They are scalable objects made up of mathematical calculations, and therefore can be resized or reduced easily without any loss of quality. They are the ideal format for screen printing or signage designs.

*Programs that are considered “vector” based are Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw. If you create your designs in these programs, then they can be scaled infinitely large without losing any quality!

What payment methods do you offer?

At SignWriter, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards for payment.
